  • Package prices are changed according to seasons or cities. To know the current package price kindly contact us.
  • Booking is only confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total amount of the package. A receipt will be mailed reflecting the details. Remaining 30% balance of payment is due at the first day of event and final 20% balance is due at the time of delivery of albums.
  • Though we try to deliver as quickly as possible, but roughly three to four weeks should be kept in mind for the album and movie.
  • In the case of cancellation of photography/package, due to any reason, following percentage of cancellation charges will apply;

    30 days, before the first booked date: 25% of the entire package price

    less than 30 days, before the first booked date: 50% of the entire package price

    If you fail to show up on the day of the shoot or cancel one day prior, nor refund will be made neither any re-shoot can be considered.

  • The change of date will be considered as cancellation of a date and cancellation policy will be applicable to the said date/package. Change of date will be done through re-booking of the package and is subject to availability of date/slot.

  • Though the first edit in any form (sound track or video sequence) is free of cost, any additional changes/re-edits in any form or change of sound tracks will be charged subsequently. It is highly advised to provide list of sound tracks for videos in advance, and in case any specific track is not generally available, the client is required to provide the track in its originality in the required format which is generally acceptable for video editing.

  • Lighting of venue is sole responsibility of client/decorator/venue management. The photographers/videographers are in no way responsible to arrange for lighting of venue, though clients can be advised to ask the management of the venue to improve the lighting conditions in order to have better picture quality. In case of poor lighting at the venue, photographers/videographers can not be held responsible for use of camera lighting equipment in order to compensate for the poor lighting of the venue. Out door venues specially lack proper lighting at most of the venue.
